 I go to the Boogie every year since 2006. I have made a lot of friends and I know some live near me in Knoxville. I wanted to put a post on here of a benefit rally if anyone would be interested in attending. Hey everyone, this is a benefit ride for a good cause. BUT THIS COULD BE THE LAST ONE DUE TO THE COLORS. TRY TO WALK AROUND THE OUTLAWS AND ONE SHOWED US A WRECK IN HIS POCKET AND WE WERE JUST TRYING TO GET TO THE STAGE. THEY WERE CLEARLY THERE LOOKING TO START TROUBLE. I've enjoyed the boogie really good for years but this year I did not like the idea that the Outlaws were allowed to wear their colors, rope off a compound, noone allowed in and yet they were free to go in any campsite they chose. The rules plainly state no roped off campsites. The first year I went I was told that gangs weren't allowed to even wear their colors. I will be back in September to see if there have been any changes made. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Don't want to feel like I need to pack a gun to feel safe at a rally. |
