I had a ball this year and throughly loved bag lady sue. SHe is the life of the party. After reading the input from others on here, As for the colors, this was first time I had ever met any of them & I enjoyed hanging around them. Was invited to eat with them and they were very respectful to me and my husband. They sure do know how to cook.
I think the only reason folks had issues with them is from all the drama the news media is saying wink , just had to find out for myself as to what they were like. See you at Boogie Too. Don't worry about what others are saying, you did a good job.

Had a blast as usual! But I will have to agree on the outhouses.....the septic service was slacking this year. The one beside us was never pumped, which was probably good since they run the PTO at such a high speed that they were blowing a fog out of the moisture trap. But other than that, it was all good and fun.smile

Had a GREAT time at the rally, but have an issue with the colors and club bull shit: we live close to a club sponsored rally and we DO NOT GO because of the whole attitude. We choose to ride over 200 miles to come to the Boogie because Herbert never allowed colors before, if we wanted to go to a club event and be around a club, we would have gone to that rally. VERY uncomfortable with the Outlaws around. They came to our campsite, got off their bikes and started walking around and looking at everything. When we asked if they needed help, they said they were looking for rival gang members......thought we were going to have a fight on our hands. It was ridiculous. During the evening, they walked around with wrenches in their pockets, hello.....they were not there fixing bikes! They threw rocks at a friend of ours, they tried to get me and a couple of my friends to go to their campsite so they could "party" with us ( we didn't go), one of their women shoved a girl out of the way of the port o potty, and they generally made everyone fell uneasy. My husband and I don't go to rallies to put up with colors and club bull shit. Yes, they have a right to be there, but not to intimidate and ruin everyone's good time. Leave the colors and the club shit at home. Herbert throws an awesome party, but he needs to enforce the no colors and no club shit rule or he's going to run everyone off.

I had a great time at the boogie, just for the sheer number of wild contests it's certainly got it going on.

Can hardly wait for the fall show.

Dunno what all the comments about the outlaws are, I was there 24/7 the entire rally and didn't see anything except a bunch of really drunk and naked people having a great time.

Been to a lot of rallies over the years (ride in, pitch tent, ride out, for those it matters to).
The Boogie has always been #1 for just pure kick ass fun.
Unfortunately it dropped a notch this year because of Charlie and support.

I know they've got a lot going on right now, but they used to believe in, "you mind your business, we'll mind ours".

Seems like the newer cuts haven't maintained that mindset very well. Too many guys, on too rough an edge, looking for something, anything, to stir the pot.

Sorry B&W, toy runs and open houses won't matter if you keep up the bad PR with folks just looking to get out and blow off some steam.

Everybody has the right to express themselves but not push anyone around while doing it, some people haven`t figured out the difference between the two, thats the ones that are most likely to cause the trouble, thats the ones that will cause Herbert to lose good partiers because yes they will quit coming and the only loser will be Herbert. The outlaws will just go crash someone elses party some where else and Herbert will be left with a party that no one wants to attend.
It was a good party but I fear that it won`t be much longer.
As for the the writer who resorted to name calling, thats pretty much what a loser does when he knows he`s lost the arguement so the rest of ya take it for what it`s worth.

My bunch a a good time. We missed having a dj play music after all the shows were done. Last year that was when some of the best partying occured. "colors" are an issue. It
has shut many good parties down. I left mine at home and I still had a blast. I dought I would have been alowed to wear mine since I was by myself. We all know its not about freedom,
It's teritory.
If I had complained to some of them it would went over like a turd in a punch bowl. eek LOL.... wink I still had fun and might come back. I sure love looking at the ladys putting on the show. They are the life blood of all bike rallys
(HD's are the heart of course) biggrin

They have every bit as much right to express themselves as anybody else in this country and if they want to wear colors thats an expression of their freedom.if you dont like TUFF SHIT!!!ONLY PEOPLE THAT SEEM TO HAVE PROBLEMS ARE THE WEEKEND WARRIOR types who are nothing but posers and wanna be's anyhow.dont like em ?have the balls to bitch to an outlaw instead of crying and whinning while hiding behind a computer screen ya pusssies!!!

anyhow on to other things.Herbert ya sure know how to throw one hell of a party !!! me and my now wife got married there saturday and it was great. We'll definately be back
